Five Easy Steps to Stay Connected @ #PCTYClientCon

That’s why we’re launching a new structure for breakout sessions this year—one that respects different learning styles and aligns them with the topics impacting you the most! Last year, we were thrilled to offer you recertification credits for the American Payroll Association (APA), HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Please note that we will not get confirmation on any recertification credits for 2017 until closer to the conference, although we expect similar offerings.

Client Conference 2017 will feature a number of new additions and enhancements! Check out some of the details below:


This year’s theme is Make Every Connection Matter. Our goal is to ensure you have the resources to not only make people connections, but also to experience a more meaningful connection with our session content. This year’s theme will truly be thebackbone of the entire conference.

Breakout sessions will take on a completely new structure this year! Sessions will be categorized as Share, Educate, or Solve, with different learning styles applied to those categories. This means you can customize your schedule even more based on the learning style(s) you prefer, from roundtables and networking zones to solution forums and more.

Core conference elements—like Connection Zone, Ask the Expert, and the Welcome Reception—will be back! We heard your feedback from last year’s conference and are making improvements to create an even more seamless experience in these areas.

The conference mobile app was a new addition last year. This year, we are taking feedback you gave to enhance your mobile experience.
